There is an inspiring saying that you should not give people fish to eat, but encourage them to learn the skills of fishing. Meanwhile, people believe that a helping hand should be extended to the ones who are in deep need and who do not have any other solution. This means that they will receive the resources needed for having a good life, but also they will be helped to manage their own income resources.
